Breitung Water & Sewer systems are owned and maintained by Breitung Township; in previous years The Breitung Water & Sewer Commission was in charge of water usage operations. In 2025, the Water & Sewer Commission was dissolved, and the position of Water Department Manager was created under Breitung Township employment
